What we do

Three outcomes. One human-centred ecosystem.

SPARK helps institutions and social-impact programmes unlock human potential: by preparing the adults who guide young people, supporting meaningful learner journeys, and making progress visible. SPARK Studio and SPARK Compass are the capabilities behind that work.

01

Prepare Educators & Mentors

Build judgment and readiness through experience.

The adults who guide young people make delicate decisions every day. SPARK gives them a safe place to rehearse those moments, see how a choice unfolds and reflect on the judgment behind it. Teacher readiness is our demonstrated use case; mentor and facilitator readiness is a proposed extension.

Teachers discussing a classroom scenario together
  • Demonstrated

    Situation Rooms

Realistic, contextual classroom situations where teachers make decisions and see how those choices unfold.

  • Demonstrated

    Structured feedback and reflection

After each decision, teachers examine feedback and reflect on the professional judgment behind their choice.

  • Pilot-ready

    Facilitated school cohorts

Groups of teachers work through Situation Rooms together, with a facilitator guiding discussion.

  • Proposed

    Readiness for mentors and facilitators

The same Situation Room method, designed for mentoring, youth-development and facilitation roles in appropriate programmes.

02

Guide Learner Growth

Create meaningful, continuous mentoring and development journeys.

Young people grow through steady relationships with adults who know them. SPARK is designed to help those adults notice strengths, keep mentoring conversations going and carry understanding forward, so a learner's story is not lost when a term, a mentor or a year changes. The observations and decisions always stay with people.

  • Proposed

    Teacher observations

Simple, respectful notes on a learner's strengths, interests and growth, recorded by the teachers who know them.

  • Proposed

    Mentoring follow-up

Light-touch prompts that help mentors keep conversations with each learner going over time.

  • Proposed

    Parent-teacher meeting preparation

A clear, balanced picture of the learner that helps teachers and parents talk about the whole child.

  • Proposed

    Year-end teacher handover

Continuity from one year to the next, so the next teacher starts with understanding, not from zero.

03

Make Progress Visible

Turn observations, mentoring and development into useful evidence.

Leaders, funders and partners need an honest view of what is changing. SPARK is designed to bring observations, mentoring and development together into a clearer picture for institutions and programmes, with measures agreed up front and every result labelled honestly.

  • Proposed

    School-level readiness insights

Aggregated, non-ranking summaries that help school leaders plan professional development.

  • Proposed

    Holistic progress workflows

A shared rhythm for reviewing each learner's development across the school year, structured to support Holistic Progress Card (HPC) practice.

  • Proposed

    Evaluation measures agreed up front

Measures set with each partner before work begins, labelled as proposed until results are verified.
