Partnerships

Partner to unlock human potential, with evidence you can trust.

SPARK works best with partners who care about lasting change: NGOs and CSR sponsors, schools, colleges, universities and authorities, researchers, technologists and long-term investors. Every partnership begins with a conversation and a clearly evaluated starting point.

What partners tell us is hard

Funding change that actually lasts

  • 01

    One-off training fades

Workshops and events rarely change everyday practice once the session ends.

  • 02

    Impact is hard to see

Reports often count attendance rather than show what changed for educators, mentors and learners.

  • 03

    Scale before evidence

Programmes are sometimes scaled before anyone knows whether they work in that context.

Social Impact & CSR

Programmes that last, with progress you can see

For NGOs, foundations and CSR sponsors. Two models: school transformation (teacher and mentor readiness plus school improvement), and youth development and mentoring (student cohorts, mentors, structured journeys and progress visibility). Outcomes are agreed up front and reported openly.

Education & Institutions

Explore an evaluated pilot or demonstration

For schools, colleges, universities, education authorities and networks. An exploratory conversation about how experiential readiness, mentoring and visible progress could complement existing programmes and goals, starting small and evaluated.

Research & Technology

Build and study responsibly, together

Work with us on evaluation design and responsible technology that supports educators and mentors, never replaces their judgment and never ranks young people.

Suggested pilot blueprint

Five phases, agreed before we begin

A starting shape for any evaluated pilot. Scope, schools, duration and measures are set together with each partner.

  1. 1

    Listen & scope

Understand the schools or programmes, the people involved and what the partner hopes to achieve.

  2. 2

    Agree success

Define what will be observed and how, before any work starts.

  3. 3

    Run with people

Educators, mentors or cohorts take part with facilitated reflection and support.

  4. 4

    Evaluate honestly

Review what changed, what didn't, and why, with the schools involved.

  5. 5

    Decide together

Continue, adapt or stop, based on the evidence rather than momentum.

Our commitments to partners

Evidence before claims

  • We will not overstate results or present a pilot as proven before it is evaluated.

  • We separate what is demonstrated today from what is pilot-ready and what is proposed.

  • We do not name partners or share outcomes publicly without their agreement.

For strategic investors

A focused entry, a long-term platform thesis

SPARK enters schools through a practical, teacher-facing need and builds toward deeper institutional adoption over time.

  1. Stage 1

    Market entry

SPARK Studio — experiential teacher readiness for Grades 6–12 schools, where the need is immediate and practical.

  2. Stage 2

    Institutional adoption

SPARK Compass — a proposed teacher-led platform for holistic learner development and continuity across years.

  3. Stage 3

    Ecosystem

Colleges, universities, NGOs, CSR programmes, youth and mentoring programmes and authorities extend reach through collaboration and evaluated pilots.

SPARK in Action

Vandemataram Foundation: technology around the work already happening on the ground

VMF works directly with government-school students, mentors, teachers, parents and communities through programs such as Shata Shaatam and Kalam 100. SPARK is helping that work become more connected, visible and easier to carry forward.

Currently supporting program visibility across 34 government schools and approximately 8,500 students.
